 [NC] Road Race
Kinoshita is the best puncheur here.
With 3 km to go we have 6 riders with a 25’’ lead to a chasing group of 15. The six are Koide, Amezawa, Kinoshita, Shirota, Yamamoto and Matsuda.
That’s still the order when they enter the final climb.
With 700 m to go Amezawa is in the lead. Shirota, Kinoshita and Yamamoto are the contenders left.
And Kinoshita wins the title with a late charge!
Congratulations to Kinoshita for probably his last NC title!

This race is clearly Matsudas to lose.
Yamamoto won’t contest the win, but he should still be a safe bet for the podium. He finishes in 1h07’12.
Oka is probably the only one with a slight chance to beat the favourite today. He beats the best time by 1’34.
Matsuda has an easy day and takes the win by 30’’.
