Great preview, congrats and thanks jandal!
Looking forward to see how that final PT ranking comes up after this.
Good luck everyone!

Great preview, especially since I was supposed to send the points file and forgot. So double congrats for still getting it out.
I think PCM24 moves this race back towards the punchier guys, so going with a Vansevenant win as my prediction.

Really nice preview Jandal, excited to see what the relegation battle holds - we'll be meeting some big teams in PCT next year that's for sure!

Never did a missed sponsor goal feel so sweet
Sony going down hurts
Congrats to Nemo and DD for the last minute security!

CAMPIONE CAMPIONE OLE OLE OLE! Congrats knockout!
What a shame to see Sony go down, but that was a clutch ride by Aleotti. Loving to see Gazelle survive, eventhough at a terrible cost

Could be a struggle for Gazelle to stay up here looking at the startlist I actually think there might be a point that neither score that well and Sony stay up
This will be your greatest achievement for the season in my eyes if you get this correct
I apologise that this one was wrong!
Great effort by Gazelle to stay up last day, and congrats to Knockout for winning the title. The expected ones always come with more pressure and can be very difficult to live up to see Dave and Jaxixa this year, so to do it convincingly is very special! |

Well we tried. 34 places differences with 1 mo difference, go figure . Kind of knew we were in trouble when I saw Ulysbaev joined the break.
Congrats knockout and to Nemo and DD for the clutch results in the last two races.
Thanks for the report kb!

That's kind of terrible from us, but luckily Gidich was not very good either.
Thanks for the report!

MAL did what he possibly could to mess it up for Evonik, but fortunately Vesuvio didn’t have a top day either.
We performed amazing here, but still Tinkoff managed to beat us, so 7th is the right spot in the end.
Gazelle with a MASSIVE escape I suspect with that 5th place out of nowhere??

Meh... Much better than what I was afraid of - but so close to the sponsor goal Top 10 that 13th place is still pretty annoying. In particular knowing that Schmid is a good finisher - but taking the last place of the group means he was just empty. So kudos for having kept up with these guys, so maybe there's still some hope for him!
Also a welcome surprise to see Darbellay inside the Top 30 - and two more in the Top 50 with Rohendi and Aebi! So I guess we just reached the 4,000 points mark - which obviously is still an awful score, but at least not the worst PT score ever ^^
Congrats to Evonik on the title, even though Lopez once again was inexplicably weak, not for the first time this year. No clue what's going on there, just hoping we can move on to a better game version soon ^^
And congrats to Herklotz on another monument win.
Congrats to LPH and Gazelle on staying up, even though it's obviously sad to see Sony joining us in going down - and UBS' fate being definitely sealed is also a sad thing...
Thanks for the report.

Wow Aleotti saves the day with a big overperformance! He has been quite unreliable at times, but this result makes up for a lot of that.
What a thrilling end to the season. Thanks for your support guys!
PCT would’ve been a fun diversion, but for the rebuild we are in it is better that we stay up. Obviously unhappy that this costs you your PT spot, Abhi. Hope you bounce back instantly.
Congratulations on a very deserved win knockout! Evonik always looks like one of the teams to challenge for the title and I’m glad it worked out this time.

Average result from Latour, happy to see that he can at least be involved in races like this on 24’ at least. Yudha and Firdaus doing well too, hopefully enough to keep our top-10 (not so sure about that though).
Congrats to Cio if you ever see this for your main man’s last big result for Puma, truly the end of an era here.
Congrats to DD and Nemo on staying up - huge result from Aleotti here. Glad you get to continue your re-build, even if that means a scarier Leknessund next season
Commiserations to you Abhi - I feel you guys had such a good run towards the end of the season and I definitely thought you’d be able to pull it off. I think you’ll have a great celebrity season in PCT before easily bouncing back to PT.
Thanks for the wonderful reports throughout the season kb!

Herklotz gonna Herklotz. Gonna be crazy to see him in another kit next year. Congrats to knockout as well despite the underwhelming day for Lopez! Commiserations to those going down, particularly Abhi, who was so close to survival.
Fifth place for us in the standings. Carthy was solid but didn't have that extra gear. Gregaard once again overperforming (god help his renewals), and Aranburu not able to handle the length. All as predicted. Unfortunately we needed an overperformance to hope for anything more, but securing a top 5 in the PT is pretty incredible and something we will cherish.
Thanks kb for yet another awesome report to end the year!

Wow! That moment when Mohoric got away in a favourites group and MAL nowhere to be seen… Not a fun moment for Evonik, I’d imagine
Also congratulations to Gazelle and DD! That Aleotti sprint could be used as the definition of clutch performance, I guess. Heartbreak for Sony, but not better on the given day and route. Will be cool to see what direction Abhi goes with the project in the PCT.
Very happy to see Valter finish the season on a high! Another Lombardia podium is a stellar performance. Was worried when he wasn’t involved in the attacks, but the way it played out, he got his tactics right |

Pogacar's 2nd best performance of the year. Useless points since we can't move up in the rankings. All this will do is make renewals harder.
Thanks for both preview and report and congrats to everyone for bringing the season to an end.

Vansevenant with another stunning performance. He is just too strong and too weak at same time. Could achieve a lot more without him initiating the attacks but this way barely never missing out on any moves.
It's definitely the more entertaining riding style and a worthy team leader for sure.
Support around him was unfortunately not strong enough to gain those 4 points against Xero. But they still did fine all year.
Congrats to knockout and jandal as also Gazelle, who are the big winners after this race. |

As I always say when Areruya finishes about 3rd - never happy not winning, but could have been worse (as happened to MAL). A fine result to a solid season from him and the team, and good enough depth which should beat Fastned fine. Definitely even if within the race it's a kind of par score, in the context of our season achieving our rankings goal it's a huge one
Congrats to Herklotz - if I'm honest he should be doing that to the rest of the field much more often and we've been quite lucky to split the hilly monuments 2/2 with him in the last two years
Huge ride from Aleotti, just wow. Congrats DD. Very happy for you surviving, a great escape and I'm sure one of the team's most iconic rides already even in your awesome history. Loading up the roster for this one paid off big time, great planning (and team building, of course - as always!). I hope you allow me to be sad with the result still for Sony's relegation, but love both you and LPH and sad for all the sides going down. Never a fun time of the season seeing the relegations, but with some of the best managers in the game entering the PCT: Watch out below!
And of course, it's been a bit of a procession so the joy has been spread out but always good to mathematically seal the deal - Evonik are champions of the world!
Thanks for the report kb, awesome effort by you all year but in particular finishing off the season strong!

Thank you jandal for the massive preview and as usual kb as well for a fantastic report!
Little bit of a disaster from Higuita, but I assume it has to do with the big startlist and just not the greatest form of the day. Luckily, for survival, it did not make a difference anymore.
