Final rankings
For the last block of the game, we first went to Frankfurt for the only German classic of the game. Local hero Zimmermann won, but no one drafted him. Pidcock in second place was a big miss for the Croissants. Tulett got 3rd and the Racoons immediatly gained 80 points on both the Inspectors and the Barnacles. Can they still make it?
The Famenne Ardenne Classic went to De Lie, somewhat saving his classic season. The top 3 teams did not score any points, so it would all be decided in the final weekend in France.
Cosnefroy won in Morbihan again, giving the Overlords a final win. Lapeira got second but further down the line it was Zingle scoring some important points for the Inspectors, as the Racoons and Barnacles did not score here.
Fiorelli with the win of his life in Tro Bro Leon. Renard scored a very important second place for the Barnacles. Askey and Gautherat made it a 3-4 for the D, winning them the race and the block for some last minute redemption.
So for the final rankings, let us start with the winner of the 2026 Spring Classics, the Imladrik Inspectors! They already had a decent gap, but Zingle even increased it. Two riders in the top 5 and good support got the the win.
The rest of the podium was a very interesting fight. The Racoons scored well in Frankfurt, but didn't score after that. The Barnacles scored nothing until Tro Bro Leon, but scored with 4 riders there and claim second place. The Racoons have to settle for 3rd.
The Overlords easily make 4th place here. Drafting Seixas instead of Benoot would have given them the win, but now at least the game will have to be organised again next year. The Hornets succesfully held off the Hussars to finish in the top 5.
The Croissants lost some points this block and finish 7th. The Sliders and Chumps keep their positions with average scoring. The final team finishing in the top 10 are the Rainbow Warriors, with their default team passing the 1000 point mark.
That means tough luck for the Ice Tulips, almost no scoring this block and no top 10 finish for them. It even got close for last place in the end, but despite the D's terrific performance, the gap was too big already.

I might have missed Pidcock in the final round because I looked over him or I didn't have faith anymore with the injury trouble, can't remember  In the general classification I think we did quite alright despite some crashes/injuries that kicked off with our only real cobbled rider in Küng and then continued with Pidcock etc after his Catalunya crash. But as always, this counts for a lot of teams I think. Pogacar should slow down on his classics season next time around to keep the battle for first here interesting

Thank you for running this! Cool to eek out second place. It felt like my later picks ended up being pretty great overall. Unfortunately I took some bigger wings on either guys that either got injured or stuck to a stage race program, which may have ended my shot at the title. But it was a lot of fun!

Zingle and Merlier adding valuable points, with different strategies, behind our two monsters. And Costiou contribuing well in the end too! There were some lame blocks, but very happy with this win.

Well at least we finished well. And I could have more points but failed to pick Wright.
Clearly when you miss both the first two rounds you are in trouble but the picks we made on time weren't great either. On to of that we found different ways to mess up further with Milan being sick for the one race he was really focused on and Gautherat getting himself DQ'd from a win.
