What a race that was! Enjoyed the report a lot, with lots of attacks and back and forth.
Very good performance by Romo too, really encouraging. Being among the elite riders in this race, surely combined with good daily form, shows he’s capable. 5th place makes it a very good race for us.
Congratulations on the win, roturn! But also happy days for Evonik, I’d argue, as it looks like they’re about to seal the title sooner rather than later. |

Thanks for the entertaining report, Imladrik! And congrats to roturn! Vansevenant is really developing into a beast in the hills, maybe I should invest in a proper top puncheur as well ... APP in 17th is about where to be expected, but no depth scoring at all hurts a bit. At least it's clear where we have to spend some money in the off-season.
Also great to see Hirschi pulling out such a result!

Guess top 10 is a good result from Formolo nowadays. Too bad we couldn't get some depth too.
Losing most of the points we got in SAA already to Evonik. And it looks like Tinkoff are getting in the mix for the podium as well.

3rd in this race is pretty good. Very happy with this outcome as i wasnt all that confident about this classic beforehand. Gives us a bit more cushion ahead of the vuelta.

One of the first main attackers and then going again and again until the group was very reduced to win the sprint against others.

Botched another.goal race. Stamnard outside the top10 isnt the result we were hoping for.
Hirschi with an almost perfect race. Kudos Sammy

In this field Aleotti 12th is a decent result I guess. And six riders in the top 35 is a nice bonus.
