Definitely expected this breakaway stage at the end and we accomplished exactly what we needed to in not losing GC positions for Rachid.

Great race by Ethiopian to come away with the GC win and congrats to everyone in the breakaway who made a comeback! Turtles showed up to do what needed to be done, so no complaints from our Ecuadorian leadership.

Habtemichael 3rd favourite coming 11th in GC is not great. Evans not up to the task of protecting his leader.

5th for Osorio is definitely a good outcome, a few other points so shouldn't be bad for a C2 race.

Congrats to Dippo and Buitrago, also to Kone for a home country win.

In the end, Berthet made sure we don't come with a zero pointer. The field was too strong anyway, and he's no TTist. We'll have to see how he can impact next season.
