The main pack was shattered in the last kilometers into a lot of mini groups spread across the road and this actually allowed the second pack to get close enough to the last groups to avoid losing any time today. Quite lucky for some of those caught out today, but wouldn't have been really fair for them to lose out on the GC this way either though it's all part of the game! All those behind pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2025/Micros/dvt.png Ju and in s.t. are the luck ones and also should thank the Chinese rider as he was one of those dropped from the main group and filled the gap
