Close, and yet so far. Two 4th place finishes and decent scoring. Meh...could have been more

WOW! thats an absolute monster haul of points for the team mostly from Korosec but Romele KOM and Basso 9th in GC alone would have been a succesful race. great job by the team. Interestingly I did think Korosec was being less suited to the game this year due to it being slightly harder in the hills but this race clearly the hills are very soft and he's done just enough on that final stage,
Thanks for the reports UU |

Bianchi juice! Congrats with the successful race!
For us it's OK, I guess, with depth and decent stage result. It'd be nice to beat Bol, but we'd have need to make the race harder. Too many leaders, maybe.
Still, it's nice that Stocek was indeed considered the leader, and it should be intesting to continue investing on him, if we can find the money.
Thanks for the report Ulrich!

Another completely anonymous race from us, if we carry on like this we'll be in danger of slipping out of the top 5. It's not necessarily the most suited race to our strengths but we didn't even try to make something happen despite having a strong puncheur squad here.

Funny how none of our riders did a good race, not being close to a top 10, but still being able to hang on to the peloton and give us the team ranking win.
Congrats yet another time to jt for the fantastic race and thanks Ulrich for all the great work put in the reporting! |

One last race with freedom for Smit and Carpenter, and they did their best. Can't be unhappy with them.
Kulindwa also had a good (anonymous) race with 2nd/3rd in the youth classification.
Thanks for the reports
