Well, we keep the KoM, but we really could've done a bit more contesting for the stage win here..
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Quarter of the Giro done and we haven't scored a single point. Guess we won't be leading after the next update
(Edit: I think Kooij might actually score some minor points in the U25 ranking)
It was good to see Champoussin trying but I guess that final was just too explosive for him.

Not a stage for Halvorsen, so no surprise to see him lose a lot of time either. A shame FFB loses his decent U25 position, but that was also just a matter of time anyway (no pun intended).
One more flat stage with hopefully a decent result coming up, and then slowly but surely getting to the terrain where we can either hopefully get some nice breakaway action, or Aular performing decently.
Thanks for the brilliant report again, kb!

I was counting on this stage to give us some sort of boost in the GC. Usually Pogacar always did pretty well on stages like this. Not any more I guess.

When Champoussin attacked I was sure Rabobank would get it
Congrats Cio on a strong win there! And nice to see Van Dijke for Abhi with another strong result

Slightly dissapointing given the situation aprox 1,5km from the line. Giannoutsos had a “good” day not losing any time.

Strong stage by us. 3rd and 4th is a great haul from this stage. Calmejane and Arndt showing their value. Also Foss surprisingly well placed. Hope he can show his worth more later on!

We don't have anyone for a hilly stage, so couldn't expect much. Been a quiet week for us thus far, not sending anyone in the breaks either. Seems likely to stay that way for a few more stages.

Mick once again punching above his weight in the PT field. 5th is a very good result on this stage. Also shoutout to Holm Jorgensen for multiple breakaway rides already.
Thanks for the report.

Really interesting few stages so far, with not much between the major players so far.
Thanks for some lovely reports!

Decent train surfing from Halvorsen, but not good enough. Nice to see the big man win. Congratulations, Eden, and thank you again kb

Tough stage for us. Fortunately Giannoutsos stayed in touch, but important riders like Kinoshita and Zingle all lost time and chances to fight for results. Most importantly though is the time lost for Karatsivis, who was in a good shot at taking the U25 lead in one of the upcoming stages. Kinoshita was even in a realistic shot at targetting the Maglia Rosa if the next two stages would favor him.
From other teams perspectives this was hurtful aswell. 2nd in the GC Alex Kirsch, 3rd in the GC Filippo Ganna and 4th in the GC Mick van Dijke was also dropped.
Giannoutsos moves up to 5th now. Let's hope he can keep that while Kinoshita fights for a stagewin, to make spending 21 racedays of his worthwhile.
