Save the picture by right clicking and save picture. With Paint.Net for example you save them as TGA , so that they are 556kb. Maybe you have to change the bit or the kompression. Then you copy them to your team folder.

Damn I just tried to put the Lakost shirt in the Auber 93 folder (test to see if it worked) but in the game the team had the Cervelo shirt. :S
