D:\PCM 2008\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2008\Shaders\Data
take a back-up of the original GarphicConfig and the replace it by the following file;

ive put the shaders back to v1.0
for the people who didn't understand it

This stuff doesnt work on my computer. Propably I must buy new graphic card. But I have simillar problem with pcm07. After installing first patch from cyanide the game run well. So maybe I must wait on patch, maybe this help me.
