Transfer season is still far ahead of us, but that doesn't mean there's no work being done behind the scenes. One of the things being worked on is the scouting and rating of new talents, which is being done this year by myself with help from jph27 & Nemolito. The goal for this year is again to add a talent from every managers focus regions/nations.
In this thread you can suggest new riders and/or stat adjusting of certain riders. Some things to keep in mind:
General Stuff
With the experience from the previous years we will cut down the number of talents added even more this year. So focus for your suggestions on the (for you and your region) important talents. We try to not add "filler riders" that nobody will sign. Goal is to make every rider useful and signable. BUT this doesnt mean every rider will be a leader, Domestiques are an important part of cycling so every rider will be at least this.
While you are free to suggest any rider you want, it isnt really necessary to suggest really popular riders (e.g. Martinez, Del Toro & co.) most helpful are indeed riders from smaller nations or not so popular ones (as said above if they are worth it).
Young Riders
2003 is the main year of interest, with some 'forgotten' talents from the years before also to be added to the game.
Riders from 2004 could be added too in some individual cases, but it is highly possible be that they are held off for another season. There would need to be a very good reason for a 2004 rider to already be accepted. These will also be limited to progressing only to Level 2 in the 2025 season.
Older Riders
Riders who are free agents, or part of disbanding teams, can have their stats adjusted - even if sometimes it is just in a minor way. Especially talents from the last years are interesting as these can become Talents which are not starting at 1.00 .
Riders who are already declining or near it are mostly off limits. However, in special cases an exception may be made - for example, for riders without a Man-Game "history".
Stat Limits
You can suggest riders with any sort of stats you like. However do not expect any unknown rider to max out above 79/80. The suggested stats will be used as an indicator of the strentghs and talents of a rider. So your stat suggestion is very important for us to know what kind of rider you're talking about, but don't be disappointed if a 79 rated mountain-suggested rider turns out to be 75 in the DB.
Realism
MG doesn't need to be 100% realistic on stats of riders. Real life results are a useful indicator, and many riders will tend to be aligned to that, but they are not a constraint.
This also extends to rider Nationalities. If you want a Tibetan or Tuvaluan you can suggest them, and we will see what we can do to accomodate your teams needs.
As mentioned before, at least one rider from every primary and/or secondary teams nationality will be included among the talents.
Format
The format hasnt changed much from the previous years as seen in the table below. But dont forget also that with the move to PCM 24 we will add the Medium Mountain stat but since this isnt rated individually for now and determined by Hill & Mountain stat you dont need to think much about it. But it would be still nice if you could add it in the table. If you suggest specific stat numbers it is preferred to include Versions of the rider at 4.100 and 1.00.
It is also possible (and personally preffered of me) to suggest riders without stats and just shortly describing their strengths and general potential. For this it would be enough to post name, Nation and Birthdate.

Thanks for Nemo and all the ones who created that thread before, I heavily copied from that.
Only one Paraguayan in the DB, who's not the best rider ever and also getting older. Thought of Jesus as a sprinter, as except for Gaviria there's not really a latin (or south) American one in the DB below 30/31 y/o afaik.
Also only one currently contracted Bolivian in the DB, who is currently 33 y/o, so another option could be nice. Perhaos silethug-ng similar to Wilber Rodriguez, but with good physical stats so he could be a useful domestique.
Aular is still young at 28, but apart from that the other contracted Venezuelans are all 34+ next season. He's been doing ok on every terrain it looks like, so perhaps a fun breakaway rider like Finkler or De La Cruz Chapulin. And this time I'll try to make sure to sign that rider instead of LLS for the third time in a row
It might not be necessary to suggest him, I really want to because I’m waiting for this moment for two years. Lenny Martinez is one of the biggest French talents in some time, having won his first WT race recently (apart from half a dozen victories he already got before). He’s clearly a great climber and probably also a hybrid puncheur, though it needs to be seen if he gets a proper stage racer too.
He’s the second rider I’m waiting for for years and he also needs no real introduction. I’ll give one nonetheless: he’s a puncheur with some climbing skills who also has won quite some races so far.
Macias has had some interesting results, especially this year with 2 top 10 finishes at Gran Camino and 1 at Andalucia. He's also done well in the Malorcan challenges. Overall, looks like a punchy sprinter type who might end up with low 70s across the board IRL.
Simmons is doing very well in 2.2 races for the EF development squad, especially at Tour of Rhodes as well as good results at US u23 and RR. Not sure exactly where his talents are going to lie, but again, he could very well be another all-rounder with low-mid 70s across the board or a punchy cobble sprinter.
For North Americans, guessing I don't have to share much about Del Toro, but he would of course be lovely as well.
I am dreaming of upping Konstantinos Pavlides (Cyprus) and Nikolaos Drakos (Greece) in case those are not signed from their stagiare contracts. In particular the latter was a rider I had huge expectations to in this game. I came with suggestions of their stats last season, and I hope to get something like that.
I have plenty of decent greek flat beasts and timetriallists, but no puncheur worth building on, which is pretty well documented this season with Aimilano Vila scoring 15 points this season and Zisis Soulious scoring 3! Those are my leaders in the hills just for the record.
In case neither gets released I would find it interesting to have a look at these two riders.

So a talented greek climber, who's not very versatile, so mostly ideal to keep as a clean climber, and a Agrotis-like cypriotic GC domestique like so many others. Could be a replacement for Ioannidis or Kiriakidis who looked pretty similar before they were trained.
Having had my suggestion to turn Anthon Charmig (1998) into Benoot-type rider rejected last year, I am back again to request some more modest modifications. Charmig is still riding in the professional peloton, having transferred from Uno-X to Astana in 2024. He hasn't ridden in the ManGame since a brief foray with PNS - Mikkeller. Had he been fully developed then he would've made quite a decent climber; with this change he will fill the dearth in Denmark's cobbled domestiques between Andreas Stokbro (1997) and William Blume Levy (2001).
Next on my list is Julius Johansen (1999). When Johansen was added to the database he was coming off the back of a very successful U23 career, so was slotted in as a high potential timetriallist. Unfortunately, he wasn't ever able to evolve into a leader in the professional peloton and is instead currently employed as a rouleur. His only ride in the ManGame was also with PNS - Mikkeller, whose mid-'2022 demise he suffered greatly from. The damage to his development caused by those lost levels has kept him from receiving further investment. It would be great to restore some (but nowhere near all) of that lost potential whilst simultaneously reflecting the path of his actual career.
My next suggestion is something of a late-bloomer. For the majority of his U23 career, Mads Andersen (2000) was limited to the domestic scene. Although he managed to score several victories, it wasn't enough to impress the MG talent scouts, who moulded him into a fairly one-note and underwhelming rouleur. He has subsequently had something of a breakout season in 2024. First he won the Tour of Lithuania | 2.2, securing a solo stage victory along the way. He followed this up by taking a stage win, and 2nd overall, at Dookola Mazowsza | 2.2 off the back of a late attack. Taking thi sin combination with his rather impressive performances in various Belgian 1.1 races, and his 5th in this year's Olympia's Tour | 2.2, I don't think there is any harm in making him a much more well rounded rouleur.
Richard Laizer made history as the first Tanzanian rider taking part in the UCI Road World Championships. Could be fun with a boost, to give him a lap of honor in the ManGame. I suggest +5 in every stat:

Another option I would like, but might not be in spirit of the ManGame, is to add a Tanzanian substitute for Matala Seboka. Here shown with poor base stats except Mo & Do, which should leave Climberv2 as the only viable development path.

My last suggestion from Tanzania for the next season will be 27 year old Boniface Simon Ngwata who seems to be an allrounder who performs best on time trials. He finished 5th in Jubilee in 2024, where Salim Kipkemboi was 3rd a couple of years ago. Track-TT chosen as the last level-up here:
Thanks for the latest suggestions but I wanna point out one thing again. This is the NEW RIDER suggestion thread. It is especially for 2003 riders.
Older ones are exception and only if it makes sense because they recently really started to show off and was just forgotten. I will always priorizize 2003 Talents if there are some for the country (sad news for all I have almost for every country a 2003 talent ).
Also Restats happen if there is a big reason for it. We all had/have some riders in the DB for "our" Nations we feel like way better now IRL (Lipowitz & Steinhauser for myself :'( ) but that just happens, so deal with it as long as they arent totally off.
Also I wanna point out that we plan to reduce new rider additions to reduce "dead riders" in the DB. Means, it will most likely only be 1 or 2 riders for small and only MG specific nations.
In case my suggestions doesn't fit the database balance, then Nikiforos Arvanitou might be a solution. He could be the long term heir of Stylianos Farantakis - who was the heir of Georgos Tzortzakis.
He is better uphill than Farantakis, but only half decent against the clock, and not a 79PRL beast like him.
I have him listed as a suggestion for next season with 75FL, 67MO, 71HI, 80SPR, 80ACC, 71TT/PRL - and then some not too interesting physical stats. I think I have 71, 73, 73.
I really prefer him not being added, if he's trown in as a half-assed rider like Drakos and Pavlides was last year. Then I'd much rather wait, as the list of riders actually performing interesting results is pretty low.
He was 3rd recently in the 2.2 Race Belgrade Banjaluka behind Dusan Rajovic, but ahead of riders like Barnabas Peak, Tilen Finkst. It is a mainly flat race (3/4 stages) and a "hilly" stage in which he also finished 3rd.
Also, just to comment on your response. The first post say this:
Older Riders
Riders who are free agents, or part of disbanding teams, can have their stats adjusted - even if sometimes it is just in a minor way. Especially talents from the last years are interesting as these can become Talents which are not starting at 1.00 .
Riders who are already declining or near it are mostly off limits. However, in special cases an exception may be made - for example, for riders without a Man-Game "history".
So I don't really see anything wrong with the stat-correction suggestions that have been made tbh. Similar riders that no one have opted to sign can just be downgraded if it is too keep a balance.
Although there are several talented young Danes that might deserve a spot in the ManGame, I have managed to mostly restrain myself, in line with the new directive for less additions each year. The likes of Morten Nørtoft, Stian Rosenlund and Pelle Køster have all shown significant promise; although I fear another year is needed before we get a full picture of their potential. Instead, here are four Danish talents for the four Danish teams.
First up we have Alexander Arnt Hansen (2003). After a quiet junior career he spent his freshman year at the U23 level confined to the domestic scene, which means we have to wait for 2023 before we have the first real signs of promise. Victory in a stage of the Tour of Malopolska | 2.2 was complemented by taking the Sprint Classification at the Tour of Rhodes | 2.2. There weren't any victories in the following season, but podiums at Eschborn-Frankfurt U23 | 1.2U and Puchar Mon | 1.2 still meant there was something to take away from the campaign - well, those results and narrowly missing out on the polkadots at the PostNord Tour of Denmark | 2.Pro. The big result from this year is taking the overall win at the Visit South Aegean Islands Tour | 2.2 but he has also accumulated several other impressive results at the Continental level. Not looking like a world-beater, but someone with an aggressive rider with a decent enough finish that isn't afraid to tackle some hills.
(Sprinter and Hills used to level up from Level 1 ⇒ Max, respectively)
Next on the list we have Gustav Wang (2003), a world-beater as a junior that has struggled to translate his form to the next level. Like Hansen, he spent much of his freshman year limited to the domestic scene. He was quick to make up for it with some impressive sophomore performances: podiums at the European U23 ITT Championsips, Eschborn-Frankfurt U23 | 1.2U and GP Liberazione (U23) | 1.2U were supplemented by winning the Tour of Istanbul | 2.2. Success would wane across the following two years, with only the Danish U23 National ITT Championship being added to his palmarès. It hasn't been completely devoid of promise though: good performances at the Tour of Rhodes | 2.2 and Rhodes GP | 1.2 have seen him riding as a rouleur with XDS Astana in the professional peloton. That is where I see his strength; his successes at the U23 level have primarily come from long-distance attacks on flat or hilly terrain.
(Track-TT and Track-Sprint used to level up from Level 1 ⇒ Max, respectively)
The crème de la crème so far as Denmark's 2003 class is concerned is Simon Dalby (2003). It was a slow start for him, entering into the U23s with only some minor success in the domestic junior scene. Things picked up in his sophomore year: he won a stage on his way to finishing second to Antoine Huby (2001) at Course de la Paix (U23) | 2.NC. Signing a professional contract for 2024 didn't stop him riding to 6th at Tour de l'Avenir | 2.NC and 5th at Tour of Antalya | 2.1. He has confirmed his capabilities by starting the year off with a Top 10 at Tour of Oman | 2.Pro. Although he isn't on track to be a world-beater, he ought to evolve into a very solid domestique for the mountains.
We are already really far in the process here. So if you really want a certain rider, Birthyear 2003, in the game then its time to drop the name here. Older riders and restats CAN be posted but at the current stage its unlikely that this might happen.
Though while we reduce the new additions this year even more I can ensure that there is a regional/national rider for EVERY TEAM (which isnt disbandedand has already decided for a nation of course) we have a new talent. Even if there are 2,3 or more teams for one nation theoretically every single of them could sign a rider.
So again, take your chance now if you want a specific rider/name in the game. If not be sure you are already covered!
Currently, it doesn't look like the 3 times African Continental RR Champion will be maxed. I suggest a small boost for the IRL Astana rider. Below he's maxed with Hills:

It would also be cool with an African TT talent. Joshua Ethan Dike could be a cool prologue specialist, but he will probably have to wait for next year. Instead, I'll suggest Paul Lomuria from Uganda. Shown as maxed with Time Trial:
I don't really know how much of an upgrade we want to give to Langellotti but considering the teams in the game that like a good micronation rider a Monegasque WT rider in real life seems fit for a late career upgrade.
Notable results is his recent 2nd place finish in Tour of Norway, albeit not in the strongest of fields.
I was going to try and see if there were any Venezuelan's that could be suggested as future Tachira challengers and instead I found a rider I think got missed out the DB in past seasons.
He rides for Caja Rural in the PCT and from what I can gather seems to be a rider for the Hills and being born in 2001 and already 24 I think he'd probably be a contender to start above level 1.
He has been billed as a possible successor for Wout van Aert in Visma by Richard Plugge and it's in the classics where he looks the strongest, with very good allround qualities. He's actually also fairly quick, like he showed in Quebec, but he's more of a roleur finisher than a sprinter. Also packs a quite decent TT/prologue, as showed in Belgium Tour and Renewi Tour last year.
He's not the easiest rider to give stats too, since I believe he's a rider that can be formed in different ways. But my humble suggestion:

Stian Fredheim
The second big talent of the 2003 generation, who won the junior edition of Paris-Roubaix back in 2021.
His first senior years he mostly showed himself as a fearless leadout man, with a good kick and excellent bike handling. He has also proven to be a excellent rider in windy races, like De Panne 2023, and he has been given more chances for himself this year, which has resulted in a lot of good results in the second string races in Belgium and France.
When in good form, he's an absolute beast in short hills with his good kick as well. Can recommend watching the last 20k of La Roue Tourangelle this year, if in doubt
His future is probably as a sprinter who can go well on the cobbles and over short hills. He's also an interesting rider in regards that I think he can read a race very well and that he uses his positioning skills to quickly be where he needs to be on the flats. Debut in the Tour de France this year, where he probably will show himself a bit more.
