7-12? I have this as one of the easiest promotions across all divisions. I think I can point at 3 other CT/PCT teams I put more trust in regarding promotion.
Houle is hugely underrated as a CT leader IMO. Small hidden gems all over the team mixed with a couple of obvious leaders.
At least Moscon knows how to promote from CT to PCT, did it twice for me
But other than in the hills - where the team should really score well - I find it rather difficult to assess this roster. One of the decisive factors could be how much Preidler has still left in him. If it's just the Mo/Hi combo that matters, and no secondary stats, he could be pretty awesome. But if low Fl/Acc and awful sprint somewhat matters, this could hold him back. Hamilton on the other hand is looking great for all those hybrid races.
Pure mountainous stage races are really crowded in CT this year, so not sure if Rucigaj - despite being a really nice rider - will fight for much more than lower Top 10s.
And then you basically have no-one for TT-heavy and cobbled races (although the TTT setup looks rather solid, even though it's obviously not top-notch). And only Houle for the sprints, that could mean quite some potential points lost on flat stages. I'm however with SotD that Houle could do really well in some races, up to you to find these
I still haven't scanned all the CT teams, but I'd also see you in the lower Top 10 region, or just outside. One of the issues is that depth results aren't very frequent in current PCM versions anymore, so hills domination might not necessarily result in huge scoring - but if Moscon can dominate there, promotion could still be within reach

I've already read this somewhere prior to last season
Exchange Russo for Houle and even cut the decent TTT unit and it's a proven 6th place in the rankings Though to be honest you'll probably need some huge performances in the hills to actually repeat this, so Fabi probably is right as it's the worst terrain to rely on (apart from the sprints maybe). Best of luck there nonetheless!
