Great to see at least 1 McCormick rider in the break every day and multiple the first two days. Looking forward to a little development next season so we aren't always the first to get dropped.

Well, just in case we weren't certain, it is now obvious that Yamamoto isn't quite up to being a primary sprinter at the CT level. Interesting to see the ITT's impact, and hopefully sneak in a good result in the final stage. |

As suspected, we could't hang onto the white jersey. But this season was a lost cause anyway, so I'd be happy if we score any points from now on

Pretty much as expected. Cissé actually had a rather good TT, as he is still 24th and should bring home some GC points. Now let's go for that stage podium - or even the win!
Too bad Gamper just lost some seconds too much, else he'd be in the GC Top 30 and in the U25 Top 8 - let's go for some intermediate sprint bonus seconds tomorrow!
Thanks for a great TT report, and congrats to Glanbia for their incredible ITT depth paying out once again!

Disappointing result overall, Norsgaard only 9th in the Youth standings, Yamamoto also 9th in the Points, while Sleen knocks out 4th in the KoM. |

I don't remember signing any Time Trialists, Wow!
Thanks for the reports Marco!

Cool, I guess. Couple dozen points without a time trialist (why? Brain bad) is decent enough

I don't like losing a GC spot to the breakaway on the final day, but well, it's just one point lost... It hasn't been a good race for us anyway, with Cissé just being a few spots behind the big scoring places... We'll try to bring a good TTer next year to have a shot at the GC, as it hurts to see certain other teams having a huge points haul here when they're only good on one stage... But that's probably what the race has been designed for. Fortunately for us, there was that time gap on day 1, else we would leave with 0 GC points.
Thanks for the reports, and congrats to the winners!

Great stuff from Revard, just after I talk about us never lasting in the breaks he sticks to the end, gets in an attack and finishes 5th. One of our highest non-Holloway finishes of the year.
thanks for the reports.

Moser was definitely a bit disappointing in the sprints but I’m happy enough with Robert 4th in the GC and Moser 7th. Should be a good little points haul when you include our decent stage results. Always nice to see Robert do well!

GCN are delighted to reveal live images from the HQ when watching the race and seeing that Pinot attacked when there were no KOM points on offer and it was too far from home to take any sort of surprise win...
