if i install this,can i run pcm patch if i select pcm 2010.vdb without having any problem?

g'day guys,
i getting a couple errors,
when i play track races everything works smoothly, though when i try and run a RR or career the game stops,

I was guessing that this DB isnt for CAREER but when i load a race like quick race, custom tour etc, it fails to load every time.
