Hannes68 has ported his well-known Converter to work with PCM09.
As with the Advanced Editor, this one can be used to edit all tables of the database. However, unlike the Advanced Editor, you can choose only to load one specific table, thus making it a lot faster to make small, quick changes, especially in save games.
Installation: Extract the file with WinRAR and run the .exe file.
